On this visit, we were mired in traffic and I was petrified we would miss our reservation by a long shot. I texted the restaurant and they texted right back with assurances they would save us a seat. What a relief! Every staff member knows the menu and can make recommendations and they kindly checked for food allergies. What a great place to eat when you're in Denver!
