During our recent visit, Cassandra, our server, made the experience truly memorable. Her attentiveness, warm demeanor, and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. As for the food, it was nothing short of phenomenal, as always. I indulged in a perfectly cooked, succulent filet that melted in my mouth. For dessert, the apple crumb was divine—warm, flavorful, and the ideal sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The highlight of the evening, however, was the fried escargot. The unique preparation and incredible flavor elevated it to one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. Rack of lamb and tuna were both delicious along with the farmer salad and butterscotch creme brule' for desert. I wish the Daytona Beach and Flagler area had more dining options of this level. We both agreed the food at Azure is underrated as we have never left feeling less than satisfied with our meal and well cared for by the staff! We enjoyed their Fried Calamari, Caesar Salad, Fish and Chips and Black Cod special. All of it was wonderful.
