My wife had the crab cake Benedict which wax delicious- the egg could not have been better and the crab cake is one of the best she has ever tasted. The girls had scrambled eggs with a hearty portion of bacon and homefries. I had the chorizo egg tacos- chorizo was delicious and the avocado was fresh. The egg had to be deconstructed a bit since it was 2 big clumps per taco. Matt was our server, and he was outstanding on every level! Perfect timing and attentiveness without rushing us through our evening! The wine selection was extraordinary, as he guided us through the Prime 3 story of the importance a good wine to enhance our meal. Really appreciated his knowledge of that! The salads were fresh and fabulous! Dave’s filet? None better! Asparagus cooked to perfection! And those tiny peppers? The greatest! The sorbet and hand cleansing were the cherries on the top! Extra touches of excellence! My husband and sister had the salmon from ANTARCTICA! Have you ever? Carole said it was the best salmon she has ever had! What a beautiful night/dinner/experience we had! Thank you, Prime 3! We WILL be back! We celebrated our anniversary in September there, and that’s why we returned with family to celebrate Christmas!
