We miss the teriyaki salmon and the terriyaki tofu And the udon soup which on a cold night has been one of our faves for years. The new ramen is just not the same and it’s not even on the dinner menu. The new tofu on the menu is too spicy and too sweet and not as good as the teriyaki nor the yakiniku which was too spicy for me but my friends loved it. And a big thank you to the restaurant for being open on Christmas! It was a huge treat for our entire family as we had way too many other family issues going on that prevented us from cooking oursleves. Each dish was delicious and the wine list was excellent. We chose a Tablas Creek GSM and had a short, but lively conversation with a manager about California wines. We drove from Arvada to dine here.
