- PPeterRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoElements always provides a consistently great meal with outstanding service. The menu is relatively small but everything on it is prepared expertly. Our party tried the crispy prawns, the salmon in puff pastry, chicken chow fun and beef Wellington, which was a special item that night. All were delicious and presented artistically. Pre-dinner cocktails and starters were excellent as well. We did not try desserts but would expect them to be scrumptious like everything else. I would highly recommend Elements to anyone visiting Chapel Hill along with local residents.More infoElementsPrice: Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Chapel Hill•4.8
- KKarenRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe dined here on Christmas Eve. It was busy, but we had a reservation and were seated right away. I had dined here before, but my mom, husband, and 8-year-old had not. First - our server was attentive, patient, friendly - all the good things. Second, the food came out quickly and was wonderful! We enjoyed all small plates, of which my favorite has always been the beets and brussels salad. My 8-year-old loves mussels and scarfed them up - she was very reluctant to share! :) They do have a kids menu, though, and she got the chicken tenders as a kid often will. Also yummy. I love that this place is light and spacious... yes, there are lots of tables and it's a bit noisy, but that just means it's a popular restaurant. I highly recommend this place for any occasion.More infoTandemPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Carrboro•4.7
- GGerardRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOn a very busy Christmas Eve, we had a snall(not unexpected) wait; again when we were seated. Once our server came, the evening flowed beautifully. Drink selection was varied, there were a few specials that were excellent, wait time was minimal, and all four meals were done to perfection. Dessert was a bonus, and everything was well timed. We had an event to attend after our meal, and we had no problem with timing. The evening was exceptional!More infoFirebirds Wood Fired Grill - DurhamPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Durham•4.4

- RrobertVIPRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •21 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 18, 2024Had reservation but ended up sitting in bar area high top where it was louder than normal due to some baseball fans really into the game. We liked the Octoberfest specials: good beer and the roasted apple kraut was outstanding. Overall was fine but would have preferred to have been seated at a regular table upstairs especially now that reservations are more or less required if you don't want to wait an hour on the weekend.More infoCarolina Brewery - Chapel HillPrice: Moderate• Southern• Chapel Hill•4.1
