I was SO pleased with our visit to Piatti today. I had reserved ahead of time and specified our reason for celebration, and Piatti surprised us with personalized menus for our doctoral graduate! This was such a lovely touch that we will all remember.
On top of that, their service was pleasant and quick, and our food arrived quickly! Everything was so tasty, from the sourdough ciabatta to the pepperoni flatbread and the lasagna. All guests were very pleased with their orders. To top it off, the staff made us some absolutely delicious cappuccinos to include with dessert—they were kind enough to provide us with plates and a sparkler for the cake we brought in!
This is a truly customer-centered restaurant that focuses on the overall guest experience, and because of this (plus the great food), we will definitely be back.
