Exceptional in all categories . WOW ! Short ribs and handmade pasta filled with fresh squash and topped with a pork ragú topped our pallets into gear. So, so well prepared. Evan , waitstaff and Katherine ,wine specialist ; provided complete extraordinary service ! Thank you , Gran Amari for another spectacular experience !

We sat at the bar and were entertained by the lady behind the bar expertly concocting delicious drinks Our drinks were really good even the nonalcoholic one. The food was very tasty and quite creative. We had excellent service. It was not cheap but I would definitely go again

Excellent service, food was very good and presented nicely. A bit overpriced. Only real complaint is the women’s restroom! I had to walk up two sets of stairs and I have very bad arthritis in both knees. One bathroom stall and a toilet that was not working correctly. Needs updating!

Our meal at Tartuca was the best we’ve had in a while! This neighborhood spot does Italian pasta like none other in Portland. Service was warm and well attentive and the food was phenomenal. We recommend ordering off the extensive wine list. Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable and made us recommendations to pair with our meal. We will be back!
