Cru Uncorked is the best restaurant in Cleveland. There is nowhere else that cooks to this level of creativity and excellence. I had pheasant in caul fat for an appetizer - such a delicious bite. Then I had the duck breast. It was perfectly seasoned, sauce was delicious. The wine list is extensive, the cocktails are perfection. And the pricing is in line with other Cleveland "high end" restaurants

My entree was phenomenal, Grouper wrapped in potato. The cocktail menu is really nice, so is the dessert choices. Only negative was the lobster bisque was very salty. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is very attentive, the menu is awesome and the value is very good
