Chad Scothorn, Owner and Executive Chef, has received national attention and praise for his original cuisine. Our family of 6 had a wonderful evening. Everything from cocktails, starters, salads, mains and dessert were outstanding. Each dish was creative and delicious. We had exceptional service from our very knowledgeable waiter and our water glasses were refilled frequently. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious, as usual. Service was very slow. Waiter was nice but not quick. Told us to hurry along because of the next large party coming, even though we were waiting on him to take our dessert order and serve us. That was unprofessional. Just very slow tonight.

We have been at Cosmopolitan every time we have in Telluride for skiing. Each time we have been surprised with the Cuisine and Menu. OUTSTANDING!!! COSMOPOLITAN has the best food of Telluride and in my opinion I would qualify one of the best restaurant in USA. Congratulations!!!

Come for the bread and stay for the food. They let me substitute which a lot of nice restaurants won’t do. The pork chop was cooked to perfection. Chicken was moist and crispy. Blueberry pie dessert excellent. Great service and atmosphere. Been here year after year and it only gets better.

Great dinner!! Host was professional and let us sit early, wait staff was amazing and super friendly, water glasses always filled, food delicious and would for sure recommend. This is our second time coming and will continue coming. Also… daughter left gloves in the booth and the wait staff made sure we got it back. Amazing!!

Overall we enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice, the service was really good. The food was good. We thought the steaks were lacking in flavor - but we are from Texas so our standard is pretty high for seasoning. It is very expensive but it was really good attentive service.
