The food was great as always. Our table had filet, salmon, king crab legs, and all was done as ordered and very delicious.

My experience on 12/26/24 was so disappointing. I had been to Copper Rock, Four Winds Casino, New Buffalo, MI before & everything was perfect. But this time was very different. At first, the waitress was very nice, but after my dining partner (DP) arrived, the waitress was very rude (he even commented on it). I met my DP in the Players Lounge, which is a free buffet only available to Copper & Elite card members (the regular card is burgundy colored). Both restaurants have black cloth dinner napkins. I had shared with my partner that I had left with the napkin still around my neck, which I returned. The Seating Host said that I could have left it anywhere because other people have taken their drinks out of the Players Lounge & its glasses always makes it back. My DP had jokingly said something like you have to be careful about the napkins because you could be arrested & your mug shot still wearing the napkin would go across the country, & we both laughed (but it's a precursor to what happened later). My DP asked me about the tip, & I answered that others are putting their tips on their credit cards. He wanted to see the football game which was at 7 pm (& our dinner was for 6 pm). He stood up & put down a $10 dollar bill, stating that if the waitress was nicer it would be more. So I put my card on the bill & the waitress walked away with it. She came back & said there was nothing on my card so I have to pay $126.95. I said it was on my card. She came back later & said that she found only $110 and that I'd have to pay the remaining $16.95. I said I didn't have it, so she got the Manager. When the mgr showed up, she asked me if I had any points, which I answered no. She then said she have to call security. It was Thursday, & my casino host Liliana Sanford had Weds & Thurs off. The manager was able to contact another casino host for the balance. Ms. Sanford had put $150 on my card. The restaurant said she didn't do it right; but I KNOW Ms. Sanford did it right.

Wife's filet tasted burnt. My prime rib was not very good. Very tough.

Compared to our visit on Christmas Eve, this was better. The service was a bit faster, so was the food. When the food arrived at the table it was hot. The steak/lobster was cooked perfectly, as was the grouper.

We have eaten here on Christmas Eve 5 or 6 times, as well as other times with no complaints. However, last night was by far our worst experience yet. The service was slow, the food even slower. When the food finally arrived, it was warm (not hot) at best. The pork chops were cooked as requested, however, they were tough and somewhat flavorless. The broasted chicken (their specialty) was dry and didn't really have much flavor. Very disappointed for the money.
