   The servers responsible for slicing the steak are frequently changed, so they often lack experience. They don’t distribute their visits evenly to all tables. Some tables are visited frequently, while others are often neglected. This causes a shortage in food supply. Many people have complained, asking why some tables get served five or six times before they even come to ours. For some tables, it’s five or six rounds before they come to us even once. This leads to food supply issues—sometimes, when the food finally arrives, it’s all at once. As a result, people eat too quickly, can’t finish, and the leftover food gets cold. They don’t visit tables at regular, balanced intervals, which negatively affects the dining experience.

   Expected more in the quality of their chairs, tables etc. felt that the food was better at their downtown Toronto location before Covid. Preferred Tauro in Vaughan. Also 2 girls were smoking weed in the bathroom which kinda ruined the night, so definitely a different younger crowd that I wasn’t expecting either. Their staff was nice and kind though. Also they didn’t have many gluten and dairy free items for my son to eat and it was kinda confusing to navigate what he could eat. Definitely disappointed that they didn’t have any desert for him at all and I would’ve brought something if I had known ahead of time. My mom had to leave the restaurant due to the noise, the bathroom with the smoking and the upset from it all and came home and was sick also. Overall wasn’t the experience we’d hoped.

   The experience I had was not that great overall. It felt as if there were only 2 waitress’ for 15+ tables. I came to celebrate my birthday, so yes there was a big group (8people) but the service was extremely slow. We ordered our sides (and of course as a bigger group we didn’t expect it right away) but almost half of our sides did not come to our table at all (even after repeatedly being ordered and spoke to our waitress). Asked for some tinfoil and received a lot of attitude whereas another group of people asked and received some. I more than likely will never return. 2/10 experience. The only bright side would have been the chef coming out to ask if we needed anything. Yes, we were a bigger group but gratuity being included doesn’t mean good service should be neglected.

   I visited yesterday with family of 6 (including 2 infants) to celebrate dad’s birthday. It was our first time so dint know what to expect besides reviews we read about the place on google. I was very disappointed for the $$$ spent here (>$550 for leaving completely unsatisfied). The place was excessively loud with music and overcrowded with guests. I had just about sufficient room to squeeze myself in between tables, let alone park my kids stroller to the side. The servers were rarely ever stopping by tables with wait times of at least 10-15 minutes between servers. Mind you, each time they did stop by - they serve you bite sized portions. Within 40 minutes of being there, we noticed they were prepared to clear up our table for the next guests as they virtually stopped all services to our table. It took 30+ minutes of waiting beyond that to be told that we can pay up now as they walked out with machines (not that we asked for it). Part of me wants to believe that this was because there was an 18% auto-gratuity applied, that there was really no incentive to continue to serve our table, but I could be wrong. I would not recommend for the $$$ spent sadly and a supposed ‘unlimited’ tasting menu :(

   It was an unforgettable experience. Every meal was well made and delicious. I felt so over fed. It’s a place I will definitely recommend…I can’t wait to go back

   Estuvo todo muy rico, la atención espectacular la comida deliciosa un buen ambiente, lo que sí recomiendo es cambiar la dirección en open table ya que está mal y puede confundir a las personas

    Big difference with the past. The variety and quantity of food has been cut in half. Need to wait long time for servers to return at your table.
