   Asked for best seat in house and was seated in a crappy spot. Many meat selections weren't available and some were quite cold. The waitress didn't explain the sides options very well and wasn't good at ensuring our beers didn't get empty. Overall it was a disappointment 😞

   The meat was mostly tough n fatty. The only quality meat was the prime rib and the garlic shrimp were also very good. Other than that, I’d spend my money somewhere else!!!!

   Normally Copa’s is amazing. I hyped it up and took out my employees for a team meeting. However I’m not sure I will be coming back after this most recent visit. To begin the waitress was awesome and have nothing bad to say about her. However the service was non existent, in the first hour of our arrival we were served two different meats. It took us saying something to four different people for them to actually start bringing by a selection. Considering we had also ordered the tomahawk steak which is an extra on top….i was disappointed with the experience and could tell my team was as well.

   Don’t book a reservation late on a Saturday. We got there and were seated. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the table just to be moved to another table. We were told there was only 5 kinds of meat left and we were fine with that. 2 minutes later someone else came to the table saying they were virtually out of everything and weren’t able to serve anything except sides. Overall horrible first experience. Horrible service. The manager tried to make it right which was nice but there’s no fixing something like that.

   Servers were fantastic, atmosphere was excellent and the food was amazing! Get your a$$e$ to this place as fast as possible and enjoy your meal and the experience.
