Our server Madelyn was great when she could get to us but she had at least double the tables any server should. The seafood bisque lacked flavor. The short ribs were excellent in both taste & preparation. The chicken risotto only tasted like oil. For the blandness overall it was significantly over priced.

Everyone of my visits, I’ve ordered the Brussels sprouts. The portion on this dish has decreased. I was not a happy camper when the dish came to the table. I’m usually okay with sharing, but the portion is really just enough for me.

We had a reservation during Friday lunch. It was moderately busy and we were seated right away. Trish our server was great. Food was delicious. I had the special which was a prime rib grilled cheese with tomato bisque and fries. Sounds simple but it was elevated and I really enjoyed it. My wife had a Carbonara pasta I don't remember the exact name, she really enjoyed it though.

Libby was our wonderful server. Friendly, courteous, professional. She recommended the chief’s special Squash Ravioli w/lobster meat & shrimp. It was fabulous. I hope Cooper’s Hawk puts it on their every day menu.

We had a birthday celebration here on a Sunday evening by 6 o’clock the noise in the restaurant was so loud that half of our dinner party had to leave the table and waited for us to finish outside. It was very unpleasant and impossible to talk to our dinner guest.

We has a very enjoyable dinner last night at Cooper’s Hawk. We started with the Drunken Shrimp (as always) and it was great. We shared a wedge salad (plenty big enough for 2). Then we went for both of the dinner specials: The Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Maine Lobster and Shrimp and the Cooper’s Hawk Surf and Turf (Filet Medallions with Winter Truffle Crust and Blue Crab-Stuffed Lobster Tail. Both were cooked to perfection and we could not decide which we loved the most. We are leery of lobster so far from the coast but it tasted fresh and tender. Then the special dessert: Passion Fruit Caramel Cheesecake with Pistachio Crumbles was one of the best desserts in recent memory. A truly great meal!
