Committee draws inspiration from the modern day “ouzeri,” a casual meeting spot that can be found throughout Greece. It’s the kind of welcoming place where people get together to talk, relax, and bond over a fresh-made meal. Greeks know that delicious food sets the stage for a great meeting—whether you’re discussing a business deal or simply catching up with old friends. Committee, conceived by a Greek chef, embraces this tradition.
Committee veers from the expected by designing its menu around “Meze”—a culinary concept that encourages people to sample and share. Our creative chefs prepare small sharable plates that are brought to the table throughout the meal, allowing diners to experience a wide range of dishes featuring only the freshest local ingredients.
If unforgettable food, a fun crowd, and an electric urban scene are on your agenda, the consensus is Committee.

Staff was fantastic and greeted us immediately. They accommodated our change in the number of people in our party quickly, and with a smile! We also opted for a low-top instead of what was set, and they quickly and happily made the change. Excellent people!

What a great night out! I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. We started with a drink at the bar which was very lively and fun. We were seated at time and had a lovely server. Overall, the food was excellent. One thing we did not like was the timing of the food. Our server told us that the larger platters of food took 40 minutes, so we put that order in right away, and then ordered meze plates about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately the large dinner platter of food came out right away! Instead of as the entree. So we started in on the platter, and then almost all of the meze small plates came out right after, at about the same time. So we felt overwhelmed and rushed. If I had it to do over again, I would not have ordered the platter right away, I would have waited, and I would have asked them to time our meal so we were not overcome with dishes. That being said, all the dinner plates we had were delicious! Finally, dessert came out. A completely burnt cake that should never have even made it out of the kitchen. it was dark, so we couldn't see it before a bunch of us took a bite. It was actually inedible. The server apologized and brought out another one, but it was exactly the same. In addition, whatever icing or frosting was on top had zero taste. So don't order the chocolate olive oil cake! But do go :) and eat dinner!

I recently dined at Committee, and while the experience had its highlights, there were also a few disappointments. First, let me commend the ambiance—it’s truly top-notch. The lighting was warm and inviting, the decor tastefully modern yet cozy, and the subtle background music set a perfect tone for a relaxing evening. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating an environment that makes you want to linger. The food was undeniably good, too. The pancakes were a standout, and the dessert menu offered a delightful end to the meal. However, the experience was marred by a couple of significant downsides. For one, the prices felt excessive, even for a restaurant of this caliber. While I don’t mind paying a premium for quality, the portion sizes and the overall value didn’t match the cost. It left me feeling more overcharged than indulged. Additionally, the waiting staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. Our server took a while to acknowledge us, and we felt like an afterthought throughout the meal. When we asked for recommendations, they gave us a curt response, and it seemed like they were eager to move on rather than ensure we had a great experience. In summary, while it shines in its food and atmosphere, it falls short in service and value for money. It’s a place to visit if you prioritize ambiance and taste—but prepare for a hefty bill and temper your expectations for service.

The hosts and wait staff were exceptional in tending to those with reservations and to those who dropped in. As busy as the place was, none of the staff showed signs of frustration or impatience…just speedy attention to patron needs…impressive!! The ambience was inviting and the noise level respectful especially for a place with wall to wall diners. I arrived with full knowledge that the menu wasn’t high on my palate list but my daughter and her fiancé highly recommended that we dine there. The food was presented with excellence and was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the one item that I hoped to enjoy was sold out, surprising for an early evening dinner. Nonetheless, good for the chef that the dish is popular. The prices seemed high but it is in Boston and the entire experience was worthy of another visit and recommendations to my Boston and NH neighbors and colleagues.

We loved it here!! First time for my boyfriend and I and it did not disappoint! We started with the Aphrodite drink and the Greek Fix Hellas beer which was recommended by our server and they were delicious. For dishes we shared 5 dishes between the two of us and it was a perfect amount for us. We had the spanakopita, the trio of dips, the tuna, the octopus, and the lamb chops. Everything was so delicious and the tuna was beyond fresh. Our only complaint would be we wished we had one more lamb chop as it only came with two and the portion of tuna was a bit small, but we expected this as it is a small dish restaurant. Would definitely return!!

I have been to committee about 6 times over the last 7 years and it never disappoints. This time the whole vibe was off, the people working all seemed at odds and not on the same page and the food also matched the vibe, first time I have been disappointed. I hope they get it together

The laugh of the weekend was the 18 dollars for the still water. The waiter was just ok. Cool for a crowd to grab drinks and apps.

The seating was pretty below average, the chairs were uncomfortable, it’s a bit loud, the food is good although the plating could use work. Highly recommend the burrata + asparagus cigars if you go. Service was meh not what I would expect. Overall would say this is a decent alternative, that is if you can’t get a res at krasi and u really want meze other than that, there is better options
