   The experience at the Colombia is always first class. Our waiter, Jim, made sure that we didn’t want for anything. The sangria was made fresh at the table and all the food was delicious.

   Amanda, our Server, did a masterful job of creating the perfect balance of inquiry and follow up. The meal was exactly what we expected from the Columbia. Taste, presentation, and value for the money. Always consistent!

   My wife, daughter, and I typically go to the Ybor City location for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. While most experiences have been perfect, my Boliche Criollo was tough - I could barely cut it with my knife. I’ve had this entree before and typically the meat only needs a fork to eat. I only ate one of the two pieces of meat. However, I had the second piece of meat later that evening and it was even tougher and riddled with fat. I didn’t ask for a entree replacement since I didn’t want to dampen the fun with my daughter’s birthday celebration. My first disappointing meal at The Columbia.

   Service was amazing! It brought a great ambiance of tradition! Our waitress Maria was fantastic, we even got to tour the whole restaurant!

   I am a Floridian (specifically Tampa), born and raised. I grew up going to The Columbia for celebratory occasions and now as an adult (and grandmother), I love going just because! I took a friend last night because she had never had the pleasure of going. Of course everything exceeded my expectations, but she was absolutely floored. She didn’t know what to expect as she’s VERY picky, but she left so happy and said it was literally the best meal she’s ever eaten. She had deviled crab croquets, traditional paella, key lime pie and a mango mojito. We also watched the show!
