   My wife and I have been to the Columbia outside the Amalie Arena. For her birthday she wanted to visit the Columbia in Ybor City. From the moment we walked in the door we both were super impressed. All of the staff were really top notch. Our server explained the Sangria that he made at our table. It was the best. The food was excellent. We each had the Cuban sandwich and black bean soup. There was enough that we could actually take half of our sandwich home to have for dinner. All and all our visit exceeded our expectations. My wife was surprised with a beautiful dessert with a candle in it that our server brought to the table. We will be excited to come to this restaurant again and can’t wait to invite family and friends.  it is something that we really want everyone to experience. Thank you.

   Delicious food as always! Carla, our server was exceptional with her knowledge of the Columbia restaurant history and menu recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The store next door has beautiful gift items too!

   We entertained Guests who had dined at hour other Columbia locations…..and Ybor City location “rounded out” their experience! Our Server Brie was knowledgeable, efficient and really personable! Our lunch was excellent!!!! This is a Total favorite locale in Tampa. Many thanks!

   The experience at the Colombia is always first class. Our waiter, Jim, made sure that we didn’t want for anything. The sangria was made fresh at the table and all the food was delicious.

   Spanish bean soup is very good. We only ordered the cup and it had fair amounts of Chorizo, potatoes , ham, and beans. It was very good. The 1905 salad had a very good mix.   The chicken and yellow rice was very good.

   Amanda, our Server, did a masterful job of creating the perfect balance of inquiry and follow up. The meal was exactly what we expected from the Columbia. Taste, presentation, and value for the money. Always consistent!
