   We have been a guest a Coach Grill numerous times. Prior to this, our experience has been delightful. This was to be our combined anniverary Valentines Day romantic occasion, but it was horrible. Yes the food was great as always but the service was terrible and the ambience was horrible. It was so noisy my wife and I could even hear each other talk. There was a group of patrons a ways off that were whooping and laughing so much that they ruined our occasion. Up front when making reservations we were told that we needed to dress appropriate for a 5 star venue. When we arrived we were in the minority of guests that were dressed right. Most everyone else was in jeans and even wearing baseball caps. If we wanted a sports bar experience we would have gone to AppleBees! Even the valet parking service was bad. It was snowing hard and my car was covered in snow. Usually in my experience the valets at a 5 star restaurant will brush the snow off. Your guys merely opened the door for me but not my wife. And I had to stand with my snowscraper to clean the car. Thank you for ruining our evening. We will go to Capitol Grill for our romantic occasions from now on. Our server was absent. Meaning she forgot our drinks, forgot menus, and was not attentive. We asked for a desert menu and she came bck with our after dinner coffee and asked, " Have you decided on anything?" I replied, "We would have had you brought the desert menu."

   Coach Grill one of our favorites to dine. Steaks were cooked to perfection as usual and the Abe & Louie's Chocolate cake was great and massive!

   Another delicious meal at coach grill! We went for a brunch, really a late lunch. We opted for mostly appetizers from the standard menu as opposed to the brunch menu. Everything was excellent. I learned the chipinio was a new addition to the menu and it was excellent. Service is always very good. For a more relaxed vibe we asked to sit in the bar area.

   One of my favorite places for special occasions the value here is unmatched. I want to thank my waiter tonight Hamid from my homeland of Morocco he made my day very memorable. I appreciate the kitchen staff for pumping out the food to all the patrons on this record night. This is the place to be

   Been going to the COACH GRILL for many years and it’s always TOP NOTCH service from the Mgmt & Staff! We had Nicole as our server for Valentine’s and she was terrific!! 👏🤩
