   Too busy and far too noisy meaning its was not a nice atmosphere or experience . Food was average although service could have been better as had to attract waiters attention several times to get what we wanted. Priced high so would expect better. Buffett was a free for all with too many people feeding and piling there plates high .Utter greed it looked like.

   Second time there - first time over year ago was great. I was excited to entertain out of town guests but this time was very disappointing. We had a party of 8. Service was okay even though we had to ask repeatedly for water refills and plate removal and specific meats. Most of the meats (even the shrimp and salmon) were overcooked, burnt and dry. How can you literally overcook everything - even the lamb chops?? Also, all the skewers came out at once - chaotic - and then just abruptly stopped so we had to ask the waiter for specific items. 🙁

   We had reservations to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were seated promptly. Our table had a beautiful view of the tree out front. The service was amazing, attentive and fast. All of the servers were non-stop the entire evening. Food was delicious. Wine selection was good too. Our family thoroughly enjoyed and will be talking about this experience for a while. The only thing I would have liked to see was a warm green vegetable but they had a large cold bar of side dishes and cold salads, warm rice and beans, etc. Overall, we loved it and will definitely go back! We even bought a gift card for a friend while we were there.

   Im American, I came with my Brazilian wife and her Brazilian family who arrived in Miami a few days ago. The food particularly than meat was tender and perfectly salted and cooked just delicious especially the picanha. To be honest, the salad bar should have had other options, such as potato salad, salpicao maybe some sushi rolls. We had all delish cuts of beef, lamb, even lobster tail- all excellent. Great work by our waiter Angel. My mother in law left her bag there- Angel reached out personally to let me know as we were almost home. Thank you for friendly and super gracious service Angel !

   Extremely noisy restaurant with other guests and staff running around our table to and from the sallad bar all the time. The service was really bad, took us a long time just to get a drink. Would never ever visit this place again.

   This was our 10th Christmas dinner at Chima Fort Lauderdale. We were pleased to see the sign out front addressing the dress code. It's too bad that some patrons still choose to ignore that. Over the years, the salad bar has continued to lose certain items that we liked. The most recent omission is the Endive with Bleu Cheese. The protein offerings last evening lacked variety. The same items kept circulating. Only after we were finished dining were some different items circulating - like salmon and grilled pineapple - two of our favorites. The grilled meat is always very salty. The good news is that our server Natalia was superb. We enjoyed a bottle of La Guerla Brunello which is always a hit. Our dinner check with tip was $400.00 for the two of us.

    The hosts were borderline rude definitely didn’t wanna be there. Sadly, I think they were understaffed, table of six, and we sat at our table for 20 minutes before being approached for service. The manager apologized. Then we sat at our table for most of the afternoon with no water and plates overflowing. The salad bar was delightful. The meat was just OK. I would probably visit Texas de Brazil before this place for the price you pay
