Opened in 1968, Chart House Waikiki has been a gathering place for family and friends from all over the world. We are known for our delectable steaks and seafood as well as our spectacular harbor views. Service is good. Accommodate food allergies. New England clam chowder is odd. It's not clam chowder. Only 1 soda refill free, or 2 tea refills free, and had to keep asking. Dinners expensive but offer rice with them. Asked for Cajun but got regular. View is nice. No AC, open restaurant. Took 45 to get dinner to table. Kinda pricey for what you get. They added 3.5% fee for credit cards without asking

A perfect place to change up the pace and atmosphere, and have a quality family meal in Waikiki. Their appetizers had the Hawaiian local flavors on lock. Entrees offered a traditional selection and was cooked to a perfect medium rare in my case. Staff carried themselves with aloha and the entertainment was good without being overpowering. We a had a nice seat on the balcony overlooking the harbor at sunset. The longstanding history of this establishment was palpable and appreciated.

Food was wonderful. Servers were very kind. Lots of attention. Server in training did his best with our large party. We enjoyed our time very much.

The newly renovated Chart House is great! Open air dining was expanded and wheelchair accessible ramps installed. Food was ono as usual.

A long awaited reopening after the recent renovation. To say I was curious or impatient is an understatement. I was anxious, to say the least. In one word? Spectacular! The “refresh” is great - particularly with long time regulars such as my guests and me. It was so great to see a number of the staff who had been there prior to the renovation as well as patrons who have frequented this icon of an establishment for years - decades. From the familiar greeting by the host - who immediately made me feel at home - to the selection of table, the delectable cuisine - and the reasonable prices - everything was as inviting and flawless as can be possible. I am so pleased this trophy of a neighborhood establishment has once again opened. Kudos to all who were involved!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, there were issues, such as the drinks and food listed on the menu not being available. And the service for drinks and food was very slow. The quality of the food varied depending on the dish.
