With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Nieves' culinary journey has taken him through prestigious kitchens such as Del Posto and Gabriel Kreuther in New York, NY, as well as Rella and Snug Harbor in Rochester, NY. Experience Chef Cruz working hand-in-hand with the Char Culinary & Beverage Team to deliver a pairing dinner you simply cannot miss. 8 Courses each will be paired with wines. Gather at Hattie's at 6pm and Dinner will commence at 6:30pm in the City View Ballroom. Dinner will conclude around 9pm and after dinner drinks will be available in Hattie's. It was OK, Expensive for what you get thou. Bread was basic, Asparagus was large, Meat was cooked nicely but didn't have a lot of flavor. Loud at the time we were there, hard to hear.

The service was a 5 star experience which we’ll remember for a very long time. The team who served us was very good and attentive to our needs. The only issue was the noise level hearing other customers conversations in a small dining space.

Our waiter mark MADE the experience! He was very knowledgeable about all food/drinks. Made jokes with the kids. Just made it a good time! I got the 8oz filet cooked perfect with the au poivre sauce it was delish. Calamari was crisp and amazing. Def will be back

The gentleman who seated us was absolutely amazing. Great conversation as well as attention to detail. We had two servers a male and female pair who were also amazing and the filet mignon was soft enough to cut with a fork and delicious

Allison our server was great. AS was her helper(forgot her name) efficient and friendly. Not rushed, food came out in a timely manner. Would definitely go again!

Another hugely successful wine dinner! Perfect pairings of food and wine. The Quintessa red blend being one of my favorites, I was more than happy to attend. Oysters, scallops, duck breast and Wagyu beef all prepared to perfection and paired with some very fine wines. Hats off to Brian, Allison, Monica and Lauren for outstanding service and presentation. Also to the 2 young Chefs (names escape me) for preparing such a fine assortment of delicious food. Can't wait for the next wine dinner!
