                We visited this place on Christmas Day and it was packed but they honored our reservation and we felt fortunate to get a table. The food and service are top notch — excellent choices and great wine list too. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Italian food and wine.

                Solid dinning experience with professional service and delicious and fresh choices. I enjoyed the Surf and Turf featured on the Holiday menu for Christmas. I am looking forward to returning soon.

                We booked an early dinner reservation a month in advance. We were pressured to rush from the moment we sat down. It was the most unpleasant and unwelcoming dining experience I’ve ever had.

                This is a very small restaurant with a real Italian feel. The food was great My veal piccata was one of the best I have had. My mother’s lobster raviolis were also very good. The service was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. If you like quaint atmospheres with authentic Italian food, I recommend Cesario’s. Make a reservation-the place was packed.

                This place is tiny, but cozy. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Prices are outstanding for this hidden little gem in the heart of San Francisco. The veal saltimbocca entree was delicious! Reservations at dinner are a must as it’s a small place.

                A SF treasure!!!! Delicious and fresh! The service was impeccable! We would have dined there both nights if we knew how great it was! They had lines out the door and rightfully so. Thank you for a memorable experience!

                None of our party had ever eaten at Cesario's before, and we were very happy we chose this restaurant! The food was delicious and fairly priced, and the service was wonderful. Compliments to Julia, our server, and the manager who made us feel welcomed and cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

                Took granddaughter and friend after Christmas Ballet. (Not the first time). Checked in about 4:45pm as reserved. Great food and service. By 5:45pm the place was packed. Still our favorite restaurant in the city. Friendly and good food.
