   This place is a mystery. It is conveniently located and accessible after attending a lecture. Yet it is almost always nearly empty. The servers are very friendly and try to please, but meals are very slow to arrive even with very few patrons. The food is just okay with an occasional problem like the soup special which was too salty to eat. I would like to see Cava do well, but something needs to change for certain.

   We had an early dinner here before a speaker series. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Overall the food was good. I had the falafel wrap with fries that were delicious.

   The restaurant was dead quiet because it was empty. Our service was barely okay. They had a three course special that we ordered. The sale was the best part of the meal. I think the steak was a flank steak. I didn't expect much from such a cut and my expectations were met. It was tough and , the cheapest steak knife I have ever seen, just tore at it. Desert was some sort of bananna pudding, supposedly banana cream pie. Not even close.

   service was very bad and food was average at best, wait staff was rude to children, there were multiple servers, we were only ones in the restaurant and could not get a drink or our orders taken

   We had a decent meal here. We had just checked in to the resort and after a long day of travelling decided to stay in for supper. Enjoy the butternut squash soup and tried two different salads with salmon as an added protein. Food was good. Restaurant was pretty quiet. Service was fine.

    This was, without a doubt, the worst Thanksgiving dinner I’ve ever had. The staff at CAVA were incredibly unaccommodating and seemed clueless about how to handle guests on such a significant occasion. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about this experience. The problems started with the hostess, who seated us at arguably the worst table in the restaurant. The area was unbearably hot, with the blazing sun glaring directly at us. Our group included two toddlers and two seniors, yet when we requested to be moved, the hostess refused, claiming the other tables were reserved. However, even after an hour, no new customers arrived to occupy the nearby empty tables. The food itself was mediocre, with portions—particularly the meat cuts—so small they felt more like samples than a proper meal. The seating arrangements were thoughtless, adding to the discomfort of the entire evening. Worst of all, the staff’s unprofessional and unpleasant demeanor left us deeply regretting our choice to dine here for Thanksgiving. As a local, I can confidently say I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone. A truly disappointing experience.
