Cascades, a Classic American Restaurant and Steakhouse, is housed in the historic 109-year old Stanley Hotel. Join us for lunch or dinner in our dining room. The menu features wild game, beef, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and Colorado specialties. We also offer delectable desserts.

Our bar and lounge offers seasonal cocktails and a whisky menu with over 1,000 varieties. Ask our bartenders to help select a distinctive flight! The wine list offers a selection of sparkling, white, and red varietals to please your palate.

For an optimal dining experience, parties of six or less will have an hour time slot for your reservation.

    Gorgeous setting and wonderful atmosphere. Service was great with friendly employees. The aged ribeye was worth the experience alone.

    Our dinner experiences were great! Had a quiet table near the back as we reserved for 5pm before the regular dinner time. Setting aside the general higher pricing of everything, the mixed drinks were relatively generous and nicely prepared. The shrimp appetizer was excellent and its preparation a very pleasant surprise; not just shrimp around a bowl of lettuce. Duck meal was excellent with great glazing sauce. The filet was done to a perfect requested medium rare. All in all a wonderful holiday experience at the hotel.

    So many things we could say. One thing for sure, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From our server, drinks and food it was off the charts fantastic!! We will be back again.

    Perfect place for our anniversary dinner. Food was wonderful and we even ate at the bar the night before- fantastic experience!

    Excellent service from Serge! He had great recommendations (definitely get the Brussels sprouts). Dining experience was wonderful.

    Thank you for enabling me to plug in my oxygen generator. It was a relief to hear that. The food was excellent and the special setting was delightful. Good time all around.

    Great atmosphere and nice service. Food was good but overall a little pricey for the quality. Fun experience and would definitely recommend to anyone staying at the Stanley.

    We enjoyed our dinner at the Stanley hotel, and especially the recommendations of our server who said the meatloaf only was exceeded by her mother‘s recipe, which was probably true.  she also told us a wonderful ghost story about a night in the Stanley, which only added to our experience.
