They did not have a computer to check our reservation. Luckily they were not busy and seated us right away. Service was great, and they kept bringing rounds of various delicious dishes. We always enjoy Caraba's in Floira and Nebraska. The Williams Family

Open table does not indicate it's call ahead seating as opposed to a regular reservation... We waited over 40 minutes for our "reservation"...once we were seated we did not get our request for a table instead of booth...the booths are too small for a larger person...very uncomfortable experience!

Very early New Year's Eve, extremely busy but excellent service. Salads served on icy cold plates - so good. Delicious warm bread. Split pasta dish was perfect portion.

It's Carrabba's, so the menu and restaurant layout are very familiar. This location was as good as any. Attentive wait staff were very good in working with my elderly parents on menu choices. I love the Chicken Brian, and the mussels are always quite good. My kids used to love going to Carrabba's and playing with the bread dough. Very family friendly, and the North Palm location is no exception.

We usually love dining at Carrabba's, but this visit was disappointing. Service was slow, even though we arrived before 6 PM. We ordered a sauteed calamari appetizer, which we have had prepared before at other Carrabba's restaurants, but this one lacked flavor and was steamed rather than sauteed, with the sauce served in a separate bowl. What's up with that? When our server stopped by to ask how it tasted, she walked away before we could respond. Perhaps the best part of the meal were the soups, the lentil and the chicken. It seems like this Carrabba's needs to do more supervision of their staff. If we heard 'no problem' one more time from our waitress, we would have screamed! This trite response to our 'thank yous' is so overdone.

We ordered drinks and told the waitress we just wanted to relax before eating our dinner. Twice someone brought our salads and we sent them back. I ordered my salad without croutons. It had them on it.........which is not a big deal.......but not what I ordered. Then we had a hard time getting our wine to go with dinnner. The waitress was very sweet, but not attentive to replacing bread and water. The food was very good!!! We will be back!!
