Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast. Service had food arrive before we had plates on the table. Waited for a wine glass that was return dirty. We had all our friends wait to do a toast waited 10 min.

We had angel hair pasta with sausage thst was very good. Carmine’s salad, which was very fresh, was a bit intimidating given it’s large size. Our server was very attentive. Only 2 complaints: we weren’t given menus because the menus are posted on the walls, but not in a location where we could read them; ladies room trash can was full snd there were paper towels all over the floor.

We had an amazing experience! The food was amazing and the portions were massive (we had plenty of leftovers with our party of 3). We ordered the lasagna, calamari and Caesar salad/all were great! The drinks were also fantastic. The service was even better than the food. Ty, the manager, stopped by our table to check in and our waitress, Valentina, was so sweet and went the extra mile. Even the hostess or my phone on the charger as it was dying. Just an amazing experience overall

The food was good. Not great, not bad, just very average. Portions are huge (and $$) so it really only makes sense to come here with a big group that all wants to eat the same thing. We didn’t see our server too much and had to ask for the bread that comes with it and I had to flag someone down to take my payment at the end. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and got spaghetti and meatballs, manicotti, and a kids butter noodles. None of the kids liked the butter noodles but they did like the manicotti. They loved the dessert (an ice cream/cherry/chocolate one)

This is a tourist trap. Not authentic gourmet itslian. I wanted good food not abundance of mediocre food. Kids meal came out 30 min after adult entree and it was cheese melter onto the table breas… server acknowledged ignored and proceeded. If you’re in town for a short visit this is a hard pass, don’t waste a meal here.

Carmine’s was great overall. One thing that always amazes me about “authentic” Italian restaurants is they have no pasta spoons…(round teaspoons/tablespoons to twirl your spaghetti/linguini- makes it so much easier to eat and MUCH less messy) the meatball sauce was thin and meatballs…eh. Caesar salad soggy. BUT the house bread was unique and excellent. Food is served family style and portions are much larger than you would expect!! (And we’re from Texas where everything is bigger-lol) - GREAT ambience!
