Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

We travel to Carmines once every couple months from Brevard FL since we have no good Italian markets here! Always a great meal & service at the restaurant & the market is fabulous!

Family dinner-had a good time & the restaurant was able to accommodate the dietary quirks of my relatives. Loved sharing the seafood pasta, salad, snapper & papparadelle with short rib ragu. Enjoyed introducing my nephew to new dishes that he loved. Dessert was delicious-ice creams & cannoli. Well be back!

Everything was great up until the desert. My daughter and her fiancé ordered the chocolate lava cake, but there was no “lava” it appears to have been overcooked a bit. But otherwise everything was excellent !

We had our fav outside table near marina with our fav Server Tony. The 4 of us looking forward to another fabulous dinner experience at Carmines. Beautiful cool evening, live italian festive music on back patio in background. Veal parm, 2 huge meatballs, bucatini Pepe table side by Tony, margarita flatbread, napoleon gelato dessert, key lime pie, chocolate lava cake … everything fresh & loved everything ! Awesome service & we will be back for new years ! Stopped by the amazing market next door too & we picked delicious treats for Xmas Thank you ! M&M, Jupiter FL

The service is outstanding. The tiramisu delicious -nice & light. The pasta prepared at the table was excellent & would highly recommend it. Though the house specialty-veal ravioli-was overloaded with a heavy gravy sauce. The menu has many good selections. Carmine’s market next-door is fabulous. Love the gift baskets.

The outdoor terrace overlooking the harbor has a wonderful view. Sophia, our server, was attentive and provided excellent service. She was very pleasant to boot! Food was good. In total, we had an excellent experience.
