Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

Enjoyed Carmines for Thanksgiving. It was very very busy, but they usually are for holidays. Could not get in last year!! Service was very good, the restaurant was very full. We reserved for outside but took whatever was available for our time frame. I got chicken parm and he got the traditional dinner, no appetizers. He had the house wine and I stuck to water. Its a lot of food and I took half mine home. I did not have pasta and got salad instead. We chose to have desert to go. We were well taken care of by the staff. What I will say is if you're coming here, be patient during this time of year, please be kind and give staff the room to take care of everyone.

Our thanksgiving meal was delicious! Our waitress was so kind and happy to do thanksgiving out and not cook! Stuffing mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes were set!

The hostess was as rude . I had reservations and still had to wait in line . It took over 20 minutes to get our table.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving meal! We all enjoyed different dishes and they came out great! Our server Benjamin was outstanding! He really provided excellent service and was quite amiable. We have been patrons for sicteen years!

We stopped by for lunch before doing some shopping and we both had a Godfather sandwich for lunch along with the Villa Antinori Wine from Tuscany. The afternoon was perfect to sit outside. Our waiter Carlos was excellent and very friendly. The manager stopped by our table to ask if we were enjoying everything which was very kind and a nice touch. The restaurant is always great and has a professional waitstaff. Cheers!

We were there for brunch. The service and food were excellent. On Sunday they were only serving bloody Mary's or Mimosas and the drinks seemed weak.
