Caleb's American Kitchen is a popular BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner. Inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ. Caleb's is proud to recognize the gluten-free diner by offering gluten-free bread for all burgers and sandwiches as well as indicating GF menu items.

                            Dining at Caleb’s has become a lovely New Year’s Eve tradition. The pre fix menu is well designed for all palates. The sea bass with saffron risotto was especially good. We had a wonderful time with friends.

                            We go for brunch regularly and it is always fantastic. Tried it on New Years Eve and was so impressed with the prix fix menu. It was excellent. This restaurant is a true gem.

                            We enjoy the food, service and what we feel as a personal touch. The food has always been delicious and well presented. The wait staff is always attentive and cordial. An overall wonderful restaurant.

                            Delicious. Had the pork chop - Yum . The salmon and filet were delicious too. Guacamole app is always a good starter. Never had a bad meal. Also had breakfast here several weeks ago and smoked salmon was incredible, smoked by Caleb. Enjoy!
