Welcome to Cafe Graziella Cucina Italiana, located in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Family owned and operated since 1995.
Our restaurant is open six days a week, and features a beautiful main dining room, two private event rooms and a diverse menu to cater to a wide variety of tastes and tradition.

We picked Graziella's on a whim--just looking for a spot with availability last Friday. And wow--was this a good move. I think Graziella's might be a new favorite. The staff was completely on point in giving an upscale but comfortable experience. From the manager (I think?) who checked us in to the server and different food runners, everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Don't skip the bread, it's worth the carbs. My husband really enjoyed the chicken rollatini. I had the canelloni, which was absolutely superb. That's not a word I use very often, but when it is absolutely true when it comes to the canelloni. I brought half of it home and it was even delicious reheated. I tend not to eat very much at one sitting, but the food was so good, I wish I could have eaten more! We will definitely be back.

I love BYOB restaurants but that is not why I have been here several times. The food is excellent and the service and staff are great. They made us feel very special.

Service was excellent. Meals were presented beautifully and special requests/modifications were made with a “can do” manner. Very nice ambiance. Will definitely return!

We met good and loving friends to celebrate an 80th birthday. It really was the perfect meal. The service was outstanding and the food was just fabulous. I can highly recommend Cafe Graziella!

Honestly disappointed. Have had good memories of dining here, but I will not be back unfortunately. We dined on a Sunday night which was probably part of the problem. It seemed like the bread was leftover from Saturday night and just re-heated. Eggplant appetizer was just ok. My meal was suppose to have scallops, shrimp and clams in it. While it did have 4 clams, I think there was 1 shrimp (cut up into 3 tiny pieces) and maybe 10 teeny tiny bay scallops (not the larger sea scallops). Price of meal was $29 which I don't think was cheap (although not especially expensive). Overall, just small portions..feel like they are cutting back to save $$ and not the place that I remember it to be.
