Always a great meal and excellent service - the cheese curds are amazing and their small plates are tasty - try the meatloaf too !

We were disappointed with our dining experience. We ordered drinks to start and then after a while the server came back to take our order. I asked about our drinks and was told they are short staffed. I then asked to see the manager who advised us that it is Thanksgiving week so that’s causing them staffing issues. I asked if we were going to pay less for our meal because of a lack of service and of course the answer was “no.” He comped us an appetizer. I am so tired of hearing about a restaurant being short staffed and delivering poor service while I am expected to pay full price of my hard earned money for bad service. Seriously? It’s food people. I can eat at home. I dine out for the service and then food. COVID pandemic is over let’s get back to providing customers with quality service they are paying for. Our check was over $100. I can get better service at a fast food restaurant for under $30. Food quality won’t be the same but my huger will be satisfied.

I had the wedge salad with an addition of shrimp. I also swapped out the dressing for a creamy ranch. It had a lot of interesting additions and was very good. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich.....he would have preferred my salad. Thought the chicken was overcooked and too much fried stuff with French Fries. I gave him some of my salad---next time.

the hot chicken buns are always so delish. You need a better beer selection, please. Everything is IPA which is yuk and only for people with limited palettes. How about a sour, or a marzen? If you have 6 taps at least 3 should be something other that IPA for variety. thanks.

The restaurant was casual, fairly dark, and on the loud side. The cheese curd appetizer was delicious! The hanger steak dinner was well cooked and my son loved it. The Caesar salad was very fishy tasting and definitely not one of the better Caesar salads I’ve had. The mini bun sandwiches were tasty and pretty expensive for what they were. Pretty good overall but will try other spots for dinner next time we’re in Philly.
