   I was disappointed with my experience at Broussards’s. The hostess was very welcoming when I arrived but then I sat for 15 minutes at my table and no server ever came to table. I went back to the host stand and asked to be seated somewhere else and while slow the server’s did take my order and both were nice but again slow. The food was good but 15-20 minutes after taking my dessert order and bringing the silverware for it they brought me the check but no dessert. They did remove it from my bill when I pointed it out but everything seemed very disorganized all night. I doubt I will return as there are many better restaurant options in New Orleans

   We do a lot of Jazz brunches around the Quarter and this was one of our favorites.

   The service was amazing and the ambiance was delightful.  There was a trio playing Christmas music and it was so festive. It was truly an amazing experience and the food was delicious.

   The food was wonderful but there were long delays in service and at times we thought we were invisible. But the waiters were working hard. They just seemed overwhelmed.

    Menu for Sunday Brunch was less extensive than the online menu indicated. Bananas Foster and appetizers were excellent.
