Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a "centuries-old" tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want and at your own pace.

    It was an amazing experience, meat selections were great and were coming around often. The buffet was amazing, offering many options to go along with the meats. The only downfall, was how quickly they shut down and probably shouldn't offer an 830pm seating because at 930pm we were told meats are done for the night and the buffet started to close up. This is a restaurant where you have to pace yourself and for $70 a person, I only made it up to the buffet once. And we didn't get anything extra like a small dessert, for celebrating our anniversary. It's a great experience and we enjoyed ourselves very much, the staff were all great!

    Fantastic option for a nice dinner at the falls, especially if you're attending a concert at OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino, as you get a $10 discount by showing your ticket before paying. The quality of the food there is outstanding!

    Excellent and friendly service, never did we have to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to come by with more meat, the buffet was really good and fresh! Will be back next time we’re in town.

    More variety, more often would be nice. Was all beef until near full then a pork and chicken option came. Asked for lamb but never came. Great at bringing well done when asked.

    Do you ever look at menu and think to yourself, "The lamb sounds delicious, but so does the prime rib! I wish I could get both!" At Brasa, you can! The cuts, the cook, and the seasoning of the meat are to perfection. You want medium-well but your company wants medium-rare? Not a problem! Let the service know and they will take care of you and carve accordingly. On top of the delicious selection of fresh protein carved right in front of you at your table, you have a buffet selection of hot and cold sides to pick through. I can't wait to go back!
