   Elegant and warm service. Excellent quality of food and portions. Fantastic service by Dana. Others refilled water and were very attentive. Tasty historic dinner menu.

   We went for Easter brunch and the food was great however the service was unfortunately poor. Large portions of our orders were forgotten and it the meal service felt too rushed to enjoy it.

   Fabulous as always. The lamb shank fell off the bone and the flavours were fantastic. My partners gnocchi was a huge portion and very filling, great for the price. We love coming here for the charm and the atmosphere. The evening had a lot of life to it, it just got a little too loud with a group towards the end. We would’ve preferred to stay longer but that’s ok! They were having a blast by the sounds of it! Thank you once again, we will be back.

   Lovely lunch in a gorgeous Venue. Aiden our server was great. He was professional and efficient. Gave us just enough attention. We chose the set lunch menu of Appetizer, Main and Dessert. It was well prepared. Our only comment would be a few more veggies on the salad please.

   Unfortunatley my meal was cold so the sauce was a bit lumpy and unpleasant. Not up to their usual standards. Soup was lukewarm but delicious. The lunch special has gone up to almost $40 now so not as appealing as it once was.

   We went for high tea. Everything was wonderful. Cucumber sandwich could have had just a bit more cream cheese. Scones and marmalade was fantastic as were all of the desert items. Would highly recommend.

   Sorry. Just not impressed. The food was extremely small portions for the price and flavour did not hit. Bison tartar and tuna was bland with no acidity. I had to ask for lime to try and improve it. We specifically asked how many scallops came in the main meal. She said they were the big ones and usually at least 5 she’s even seen six. We got 3. No effort to correct just offered bread to fill up on. To be fair the bread is great! But still for the price you’re paying here it’s not to the level you would expect. The service was meh. We had to call her over every time and although she was pleasant but we had to constantly ask other bussers and servers for things. Then when bill came she stands over you while the machine starts at an 18% tip. It’s been a very long time since any of us ad been here. And I think it will be a very long time before we go again.
