Located in the famous JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $15 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.

Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold. This restaurant is located in a Marriott hotel which is the first problem. Be advised that there is a $16 charge for parking and the attendants who work for the hotel are less than competent. The service staff in the restaurant were all first class and very attentive. The food itself was simply ok, I ordered my steak medium rare and it arrived over cooked. The meal was not inexpensive and I believe did not provide value for the money.
