Located in the famous JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $15 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.

Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold. Service was extremely slow. 20 minutes between Appetizer taken to Appetizers being served and approximately that long for dinner to be plated and served after order taken. Waiter was attentive and apologetic after I approached him to please speed up the service.

Primer punto. Mi reservación era a las 8:30 y me terminaron dando la mesa a las nueve de la noche. Segundo. Punto. Al principio, la mesera poco amable, aunque tengo que reconocer que después de la mitad de la cena y al final fue muy amable, pero al principio muy malo servicio. He ido en varias ocasiones y siempre me ha ido excepcional, no entiendo qué pasó ese día, y además festejamos el cumpleaños de mi esposa. No sé si porque vio que no hablábamos bien inglés, nos trató de manera distinta, incluso podríamos decir un poco denigrante. Pero insisto, al final fue muy amable.
