   I’m not usually one to write reviews, but Bouchon definitely earned its stars last night! My fiancé and I came for Valentine’s Day dinner and were expecting the typical “lower quality service and rushed atmosphere” but were extremely impressed with all bouchon had to offer! From start to finish, the service was impeccable. I cannot stress enough- if it weren’t for the adorable heart-shaped balloons and rose-petal covered tables, we wouldn’t have even been able to tell it was Valentine’s Day (in the best way possible). On top of the incredible, friendly, and warm service, the food was also top-notch. Starting with the fresh sourdough bread, rounding out with the delectable French-onion soup, to the perfectly cooked surf and turf, this truly was one of the better meals we’ve had. My fiance even said the Warm Lemon-Berry cake was probably in his top 5 desserts ever! So thank you, bouchon, for your incredible staff, delicious food, and giving my fiance and I a new favorite restaurant in Santa Barbara!

   Seated outdoors in tented area. Had the misfortune of being to a Utility crew servicing something under the street (open manhole cover). Trashed the ambiance for V Day. Food was very good...but, sadly, not great. Wagyu steak not as tender as it should be.

   Intimate, Exceptional and a wonderful pre Valentine dinner at this beautiful restaurant. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, fun and welcoming. Definitely a must go while in Santa Barbara.

   Staff were so welcoming, the food and wine were amazing. Sat in the lovers lane it was an adorable quiet nook for those wanting a quiet dinner.

   It was good, not great. The screwed in bamboo rolls on the ceiling told me everything I needed to know. Go to Lark instead

   We celebrated our anniversary! I made reservations ahead but was placed outside. The waiter and food was delicious. The happy anniversary note and roses was a nice touch. The evening was wonderful despite sitting outside. Definitely a higher priced restaurant-be prepared ($$$).

   The food was amazing, the service even better. I had a special request and Christian went above and beyond for me & my girlfriend. A 10/10 experience and we will be back for sure!

    We had a wonderful experience at Bouchon. The staff were professional and personable, making us feel welcomed We were offered tastes of several wines before choosing, something I always appreciate. The food was magnificent and the portions were perfect. We chatted with two patrons at the adjacent table, which made for a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the room and the ambiance. My only issues were the bathroom location and lack of aperitifs. I had to go out into a rainy night to access the men’s room, next door. I would have appreciated something like Lillet to go with our starter. But Bouchon is a definite top choice restaurant.
