   Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at Bonterra last night. I can more than understand a server having an off or bad day, but the way my party and I were treated was surprising and unacceptable. From the start of our service to the end we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the point where we all were uncomfortable every time he approached our table. A couple examples to highlight was a) When my sister asked for a pinot noir recommendation she was met with a scoff and admonishment that the wine she asked about "was nothing like a pinot," and b) When I asked for his opinion on preference between two different dishes, I was admonished and told that he "hates giving a recommendation," because my sister in law then changed her order after hearing his preference. I was debating about publishing this, but I woke up this morning still feeling unsettled by it all and while my family and I did our best to make the most of it and laugh about it, it definitely did nothing to elevate our experience and unfortunately none of us will take the chance by visiting again.

   Enjoyed a nice girls night out . Food was all pretty good minus one of the dishes but the customer service was phenomenal they really took care of us. Highly recommend!

   Service was amazing. She did not skip a beat while we were there. Food was great. Can’t wait to go back.

   All foods were delicious especially the tiramisu was the best! All staffs included manager were really great. Friendly, good to take care of customers. Fabulous experience. I highly recommend.

   Overall it was a very good lunch experience. Recommend the restaurant for Italian food experience.

   Had anyone asked I would have shared this. Service was sparse and seemed overworked. Food was warm, not quite cold. Menus and empty glasses remained on the table throughout the night. The 1970s and 80s soundtrack seemed inappropriate for the demographic of the crowd as well as being far too loud. I would’ve been happy to augment my experience with more wine, but wasn’t offered a second glass until after my meal was cleared. Unfortunately, I had to go to the bar to order my first glass. There appeared to be only two servers working but two managers. Perhaps common sense would prevail and someone could lend a hand. A very five out of 10 experience. I will not go back
