Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    Sad your chimichurri sauce has changed :( didn’t have much flavour this time :(. Meat was good as usual. I feel like women 120lb and number should get 50% off lol

    Our favorite restaurant. The food was awesome, hot, and fresh, plenty of salads. The service was great, various meats arrived almost constantly, very juicy and tasty. Will definitely come again. Thank you for having this restaurant as a dining option!

    We love Bolero! We've gone several times, and have never had a bad experience. The food is always next level, the atmosphere is fun - albeit sometimes can be a bit noisy and overwhelming but that's only because it's so popular. It's such a special treat and we love being able to spoil ourselves with it.

    We loved the food and the atmosphere! we missed a couple of nice options that took too long to come around our table, but all that we tried was great! Looking forward to our next visit!

    We came for my birthday dinner last night and we had the best time! The food was great, there were so many options for meats and the salad bar! But what really made it amazing was our server, he was amazing and really helped tie our experience together. Will definitely return!

    The service was excellent. They had a fine selection of meats to choose from and there was ample opportunity to try everything more than once if you wished to. All of the staff were more than happy to retrieve requested items from the menu, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to your liking. They even offered a birthday dessert on the house. Would recommend, made for a great evening out.
