   We enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the wood and plaid. Our steaks and shrimp were cooked perfectly and our server, Courtney, was very attentive. This is a good traditional steak house, and we will definitely go back.

   I booked dinner for two at 6:15 PM. Good timing as it was Feb 13, and I knew the 14th would probably be chaotic. We arrived on time and were seated immediately. Greeted warmly by reservation desk and hostess. Our waiter was great, very professional and friendly. The salad was awesome and the bread was fresh and delicious. The 9 oz filet was our choice and 2 of them was more than either of us could eat at one sitting. Just perfect on prep and seasoning. Mushrooms were perfect compliment and baked potatoes were delicious. The music was great and not overwhelming. A romantic evening with perfect service. A bit noisy initially with a table nearby but after they left in a few minutes we enjoyed peace and the great food. Bob’s is my new favorite upscale steak place.

   The food was very good as usual, the server was very polite and professional however we had to wait over 45 minutes for our entrees without any valid sits from the staff. There were 2 very large tables and the staff was clearly overrun, the Restaurant knew it had these large tables and should have adjusted their personnel accordingly.

   VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have never posted a review but This was a special occasion. It was our anniversary and we are new to the area. I booked dinner on a Tuesday evening. The hostess was very professional and kind. As we were being escorted to our table we were originally seated in a corner with a 30 person table on the left of us. I asked if they had a table that was more secluded. They said only in the bar area. Fast forward. My wife ordered a filet and I ordered the ribeye and appetizers. A evening that I was planning on spending around $300.00 with $65.00 steaks drinks and appetizers. When the drinks and appetizers arrived they were tasty and the server was nice but she was obviously task saturated because she was also working the bar area. When our main course arrived. My wife’s dish was good, but my meal was HORRIBLE. The ribeye was one large piece of fat. It was so disappointing that after 10 mins and finally gaining the servers attention to tell her. She asked how was the steak. I replied. I’m so sorry to say but this is really really bad. She asked if I wanted to return it to the kitchen. I said no thank you and just asked my wife to continue to enjoy her meal. Very frustrating that I had to share my wife meal with her on our anniversary. If I would’ve sent my steak back but my wife said she would wait to eat u til my meal arrived. Then both of our meals would’ve been inedible. At that point the server seemed to just give up on our table. She never provided refills and asked if we wanted more drinks or wine. When the server saw that I took a picture of my steak. That’s when she approached the table and asked about dessert and stated that she would adjust the bill for my meal. Again never asked if we wanted refills or coffee. When the desert arrived she also gave us two glasses of champagne but then proceeded to place the check down. I paid the bill and had to accept the idea that the evening was ruined. 1 star rating.

   We didn’t order entrees but had soup, salad & sides which made a very filling meal. The creamed corn was outstanding as well as the warm loaf of bread served as soon as we were seated. The staff was friendly with great service. Definitely, a good choice even if you don’t eat meat or seafood!

   Would have given this experience 5 stars but there was a table of 8 loud noisy guys next to us outside. Not any fault of the restaurant of course and our meal and waitress were outstanding.

   Very nice atmosphere and steak. Staff were very pleasant. Shuttle from hotel is a must if you don’t want to walk back in the dark.

    The restaurant looks like a typical old style steak restaurant restaurant. Service was exceptional . Friendly welcoming staff. The quality of the protein was not fitting for a restaurant of this caliber.
