His helper Judson was helpful to me in exchanging my chair for a more comfortable one. I brought my brother and SIL. They live in Brazil. They enjoyed their brunch very much especially the blintzes, grits, and desserts. Thank you

                                                                                            Overall the experience was lovely. Live music was nice but really too loud to promote conversation. Probably just our location. Our group looked hard for fresh fruit but couldn’t find any. We were also surprised at the relative lack of meat (besides seafood). Keisha, our server, did an outstanding job not just for my group but everyone in her section. We all still greatly enjoyed the experience and would do it again if we are in the area.

                                                                                            The resort and views were fabulous. A wonderful selection of food and it was all delicious. Our server, Dan, was great...top notch service and engaging sharing tips on things to do in Asheville. We highly recommend a visit to Omni Park Grove and dinner at the Blue Ridge

                                                                                            This is a beautiful resort. The food was wonderful and our server was perfect. They asked us if we would like to wait five minutes while they cleared a window table. It was worth the wait. We overlooked Asheville and the mountains. As the sun went down the lights came on in Asheville. It was a perfect evening.

                                                                                            The view is stunning! The variety of food is great and the quality is good. We were disappointed that the crab legs were not cracked. While they did bring oyster forks and cracking tools, it was a huge mess and our hands were filthy. But the rest of the meal was delicious!

                                                                                            The selection for the seafood buffet was outstanding--everything one could imagine. I thought the quality was excellent as well, with just a couple exceptions. The raw oysters were bland--no sense of brininess--and the fish in the tacos was dry and overcooked. But the poached shrimp was delightful, and the salmon was moist and flavorful. Dessert selection and quality was unusually good. I'd have preferred that our used plates were cleared more quickly, since we were at a small table. We got inventive with the stacking. :-) The view was overly sunny before sunset, but world-class just after. Overall a great experience. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

                                                                                            We were very disappointed with the server/waiter we had during our visit on September 20th, our reservations were for 5:00. I took my wife out for her birthday along with my sister-in-law, who was a first timer at the restaurant, and the service from our waiter was appalling. Our tea glasses were never filled my wife had to walk up to the desk to get refills. The girls that remove the dirty dishes started coming by to fill water and tea. A 200.00 bill and this is the kind of service we got!
