Located in The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, BLT Steak is our interpretation of the classic steakhouse. BLT Steak combines a bistro ambiance with steakhouse fare to enjoy at the spacious bar, in the expansive dining room, or outdoor seating featuring a prime, ocean-view. Please note that our outside dining area is not reservable it is based on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". On the menu, certified Black Angus or USDA Prime steak are dressed with a selection of sauces and are paired with decadent sides alongside a selection of fresh seafood and raw bar items, signature salads and blackboard specials - setting the standard for today’s modern steakhouse.

We have been many times and were excited to return! The popovers are still delicious! The sides we had (corn, mashed potatoes and green beans) were fine. Beans the best. The porterhouse was very pricey yet prepared rare when ordered medium. The Branzino was good, nothing special. Overall good food and great ambience outside with fantastic service yet food was disappointing for the price.

Our THIRD Dining experience in this very fine establishment was just like the others: in a word, superb! Our server, Dennis, took extra special care of us, and as always, the food was outstanding. From the popovers to the NY steak and the dessert doughnuts, everything was delicious! A place to definitely return to on our next trip to Aruba.

Sat at the high tops by bar. We had a delicious dinner. Oysters, Strip steak & Tuna tartare Prepared incredibly & Chefs tasting was excellent One of our favorite places Service was excellent

Great place! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. They have GF/DF bread and they have the best GF/DF chocolate cake!! The food was very good!
