   Service was a little slow despite relatively few customers. Our appetizer came after our salads, so the timing was a little off. Otherwise, it was great, good was hot and delicious.

   We do dine here frequently but this time it was not good. Food was OK but New York Strip was not that tender and had grizzle. Salad was ordered with dressing on the side but the salad served had too much ranch dressing already on it. Service was poor. The server was not attentive and not friendly. She just dropped our food and disappeared. We requested extra bread but it never arrived. She acted like she really didn't like her job. Perhaps she was overloaded and did not have any help. Hopefully next time will be an improvement.

   Although the restaurant was filled to capacity they moved everyone through promptly without problems, they did an outstanding job under extreme circumstances.

   Went to the Black Angus in Northridge Ca for Thanksgiving meals with the family. Food was delicious and service was on point. Recommend this location.

    Was a great thanksgiving dinner. We made a reservation and I’m glad we did was very busy, we waited 25 minutes to be seated with a reservation. The service was great, she got us everything we needed. Overall was great and so glad we didn’t have to cook. $220 with a good tip for four people.
