   This has been our favorie restaurant for years and they never disappoint on Thanksgiving. Food, service, ambience and noisel level is just perfect for my husband with a severe hearing loss. Love it every time!!

   My Family order Stakes and one person in the party order fish. For a stake house they could not even cook it to temperature correctly two of the orders we not done correctly. The they tried to do a refire on the stakes in turn they over cooked them. Not a great experience. So the gm did not seem to understand how bad this was for a Holliday meal to run dinner for my family. It seems my family need to find new location for family dinners. I am also going to have to look for new location for business dinners because I would not like my client to have to go through what I went through.

   Delicious Thanksgiving meal. The turkey was very tasty and the filet and lobster tails were wonderful. Our waiter Tristan was attentive and knowledgeable and the back servers were efficient and polite

   We were seated shortly after checking in with our reservation. The Filet Mignon wasn't tender and it was a little overcooked. It seemed smaller than 6 ounces. The salad was good as was the baked potato. The chocolate cake with ice cream and chocolate sauce was mediocre - not as moist as I was expecting. The restaurant wasn't too noisy and that was nice.

   One thing I like about Black Angus is soup and 2 sides are included in the entree and satisfied with the selection service is always good.

   The service was pretty much on-point. Every employee we interacted with was polite, professional and helpful. The food, on the other hand ... -Steaks were overdone and chewy (both were Sirloin) -Garlic butter on top of steak was a cold, hard disk and did NOT melt. Steak was not served at a warm enough temperature to make that happen -Mac and Cheese had a schmear of cheese somewhere in the dish .. we think .. but no salt that we could detect -Brussels Sprouts were served in an oil slick -Bread was luke warm and a bit hard/chewy, not the soft pillowy treat we remember from visits past -Asked for grilled onions to be well done (caramelized). Came to the table twice with a very pale color, not what we were looking for. About the only thing that wasn't a train wreck was the baked potato. Even though we had no problem with the SERVICE, the food was bad enough that we won't be going back.
