   The restaurant was very busy as it was New Year's eve. However, once seated , we have a very nice experience. Out waiter, Paige was excellent. In spite of how busy she was, she had a great attitude and personality. She had a positive interaction with all of her customers. We had the Campfire Feast and it is a great value and food choices are many.

   My husband and I plus another couple went to Black Angus for NYE with reservations at 5pm. And while the food was good, we were quite disappointed with the speed of the service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took an unusually long time to take our order and serve the food. Related approximately 1 hour for our food. We asked for more bread at least three times and a refill on the soda at least three times. A friend ordered a medium well prime rib. What showed up was a small tough dark piece of meat that was way overcooked. She asked for a new one which came back that looked really good, however they didn't bring the Azu sauce nor is it horseradish sauce. She had to wait quite a while to ask for those items. I understand that busy times can stretch resources, but it would be helpful to see more staff on hand or improved organization to ensure a smoother and quicker service for customers. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future diners. We have been coming to Black Angus every year for over 20 years, for New Year's Eve. Thank you.

   Excellent service; great meal. I marked down for "ambience" because booth seats in the bar are ripped, worn out, and badly in need of replacement or reupholstering.

   For the most part our experience was good. My guess is that Nicholas was a new server at this location. Friendly. Smiled even though he was overwhelmed at times. Noticed the Portions are smaller than in the past few months but deliciously prepared.

   Our reservation was for 7pm. The restaurant was running 30 - 45 minutes late to be seated. Our waitress was outstanding. She was on top of everything but the things she could not control. We were a party of ten. Appetizers and bread came out in a timely matter. Main entrees came out in a timely matter but some of our steaks were overcook. Most of us ordered medium rare but got more of a medium well. Only one out of the ten steaks we had to return to the kitchen since that was a well- done when it was requested medium rare. The waitress was on it and the manager came over to apologies. But, overall, highly recommend for a large family gathering for the holidays.

   What a WONDERFUL way to celebrate Christmas Eve! As America returns to its' roots of valuing friends/family, it was SO nice to enjoy a GREAT Christmas Eve dinner at Black Angus/FV! EVERYONE there - including GM Mark, Mgr Samantha and Servers Mia and Kim - made our evening, memorable. Their team of chefs, cooks, food runners and everyone on the team made the food outstanding - including the Lobster tails and their new appetizer of Blue Cheese Mac & Cheese! Thank you, Black Angus! Merry Christmas and looking forward to seeing you guys in 2025!
