   All of us tried the pot roast and it’s so tender we cut it with our forks. Delicious enough we will return in a week or so to have again. Rae our waitress was exceptional good.

   We went to Black Angus for my Best Friends birthday. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and even though we arrived almost 29-30 minutes before reservation time, we were seated within ten minutes of our arrival. Our waitress, Jennifer, took excellent care of us. We ordered the Campfire Feast, she answered all our questions both cheerfully and completely. Everyone we dealt with from hostesses to wait staff and the food runner all asked how www were enjoying our evening and accommodated every need we had, from bringing extra horseradish to bringing replacement without delay of a knife that was dropped mid meal. An excellent evening made exemplary/extra special due to the strong customer service oriented staff. A fantastic representation of the Black Angus Brand at every level.

   Food is consistently well prepared and a great value for your dollar. It has an airy atmosphere but can be loud when busy. Early evenings are the best times. Happy Hour is fun! If you are a sports person, great place to watch!

   We always enjoy our visits to Black Angus. Food is consistent and delicious. Booths are spacious and offer a privacy feel. They frequently offer specials so prices are affordable and you get your monies worth. Steak quality has never dissapointed which is why we always choose BA over other local Steak houses.They recently added a Pot Roast selection. My Husband has ordered it twice! The Wait staff and runners alike are always friendly and very attentive. Looking for a nice evening out with great food you cannot go wrong with BA.

   My birthday dinner was outstanding! The prime rib was tender and cooked to perfection. Sam, my server, was attentive and surprised me with a birthday cookie! I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Black Angus is one of my favorite places for a great steak (better than Outback, IMO)!! Well done guys!!

   This Black Angus should have been remodeled 10yrs ago as you are greeted by bench seating thats was torn in more then a few area, a greeter that had no clue where to seat someone with a mobility device (power scooter). Our server was very nice but didn't ask if we were celebrating anything, Menu's saw better days, We placed our order for 2 bar drinks and an ice tea & upgraded the appetizer to a wagon wheel that should have been call a wheel of grease or guess what part was frozen, It was horrible, The zucchini had chunks of breading and layers of grease, the shrimp cocktail was fishy tasting, the chicken was greasy and the potato skins where thin but was the only good part of the wagon wheel. Then our server came back and I gave her our feedback, she apologized. During the time after they sat us, they sat people at the tables around us and the two women they sat next to us was so close it felt like the one lady was talking a foot from my ear. Then our meal came and we both had mashed potatoes that had a shine to them, after tasting I realized it was the salt they added an abundance of, I should have ordered Mashed Potatoes with No Salt because the chef must have forgotten what seasoning something means (Salt AND Pepper Maybe). We got cheesecake for desert because it came with our meal and it was average. The manager never stopped by our table but walked by a few time. But the time we were leaving this restaurant had a 20 min wait. Sad I wasn't able to let them know what they would be in for. Take away from this after Valentines Day Dinner is the Black Angus will be close behind the other Big Chain Restaurants like Elephant Bar, Red Lobster and others with closures Or that Should CLOSE! What a waste of over $100. Thanks for nothing!
