   Overall, it was great. Service was excellent, cocktails delicious, food was good, but somethings were lukewarm (ribs) or cold (au jus). My prime rib was cooked perfect, but was lukewarm. One person ordered broccoli as her two sides, but received what looked to be less than I did for my one side. All that said, everyone enjoyed their meals and we will definitely return.

   Our waitress was so amazing, she was always offering exactly what we needed before we asked. The food was very good too.

   Horrible service! We won’t be back. Was celebrating a special occasion and yet we had to wait over 55 minutes for our entrees!! She kept saying it was coming, but it never came. Finally it came 55 minutes later. Even the desserts took forever to come out. Save yourself some headache and go to Texas Roadhouse across the street. You’ll be much happier.

   They only had a limited menu for Thanksgiving and didn't think it would be a good idea to mention this on the website or on open table did not even think to advertise this completely ridiculous I've been coming here for years this is two bad experiences back to back I don't think I'll be returning and I would never recommend it to anybody going forward

   Don’t know if the service was wack because it was Thanksgiving but I’m not going back there again. I returned my plate because meat was cold and dry, not how a medium rare filet mignon should be. Only if on my son’s enjoyed his meal. Portions were so small. A kids meal had more fries than our plates. The wait time for drinks and food order were too long. Bathrooms need to be updated.

    Was surprised at how crowded Black Angus was upon arrival. Many people waiting outside and inside. Checked in and was surprised that the wait was not too long. Service was good- staff attentive. Food did not take as long as I had expected and it was delicious and hot. Only minor complaint was that the steak was medium instead of medium rare. Cheesy bread was delicious. Salad fresh and crisp... although I always wondered why they only give you two cherry tomatoes. Would like at least 4 or 5. Overall, outstanding! Thank you, Black Angus!
