   The food was excellent. They seated us near the kitchen, which took away from the ambience of the restaurant. That was not helpful. The first seat we had was so dark I could barely see the menu, so we had to move. Our waitress seemed far more happy to converse with her coworkers, but became stoic when serving us.

   Our Server Angel C. was not very attentive. He forgot to bring things we requested like water and bread. He was not knowledgeable about current specials and we had to show him the specials available on our BA app. This is the second time we have had this server and it was the same experience the first time. The potato augratin was cold when it arrived and sirloin a bit tough.

   Had a 4:30pm reservation but was not seated until 4:45pm .. probably due to lack of servers at that time.

   We really enjoy couples night out at Black Angus. The food was ok this time as my filet was cooked properly but the taste was not was I was used to. I was told that they started purchasing a from a different meat vendor. The size and shape was small but overly thick. I also had a liver taste. Hopefully, they can find a better cut of meat the next time we do to Black Angus

    Ordered my rib eye medium rare came medium well sent it back came back medium My husband finished his meal before I even got mine back. Waiter never came back to refill our drinks. He asked me if my 2nd steak was ok and barely waited long enough to see me cut into the steak. I asked him if the medium steak was medium rare to him and he said it was better than the first one. Never asked us if we wanted coffee with our dessert. Gave us the check without even checking to see if it was correct. It was 4 times before we got the correct bill. Not very good ☹️
