Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.
Enjoy over 465 selections from our 2013-2024 Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence Wine List.

The hostess whom I think is the owner was very helpful. Sat us at the bar until our table is ready because we arrived early recommended some amazing drinks grabbed us and took us to our table. Food was out of this world.

The wedge was really tasty and a good size. The porterhouse for two and bananas foster cheesecake were wonderful. The oysters rock were ok.. I personally like lemon with mine.

Superb on all levels from ambience, restaurant appearance, wait staff, food quality, and presentation. There is no question I’ll be returning. Crystal is an exceptional waitress. Highly recommend this award winning steakhouse.

Booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day with my wife,I have driven by Bistro 90 many times thought that I would like to try the place out. The food was better than I could have imagined, best meal that we have had in this area. The service was absolutely second to none, it was like “the old days” with very hospitable hosts and wait staff. There were no details overlooked, from the appearance and ambience of the restaurant to the courtesy of the staff to the preparation of the wonderful food. Definitely a do over!

It was their special Valentines meal. 4 course meal. Unfortunately nothing special about the food. I really enjoyed the oysters, but the salad didn’t have enough dressing, the Steak should have been higher quality, the shrimp still had a shell on it. We left pretty disappointed after spending a lot of money (almost $500) in a meal in our eyes only worth about $100.
