Bistro 90 is the ONLY, HAND CUT, DRY AGED, ALL U.S.D.A. PRIME , STEAKHOUSE ON THE GRAND STRAND.
Our steaks are U.S.D.A. PRIME, (including Filet Mignon), and are Dry-Aged in House. U.S.D.A. Prime Beef makes up less than 3% of ALL Beef produced in the United States. We offer the Freshest of Seasonal Seafood, including Wild Caught Salmon, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass as well as locally caught selections which are created with a different preparation nightly by Chef Jacob.
Standards of service and ingredients are of the highest available.
Enjoy over 465 selections from our 2013-2024 Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence Wine List.
Enjoy over 185 of the Best Rye and Bourbon Selections, more than 40 of the finest Single Malt Scotches, Craft Beer selections or a hand crafted cocktail at the bar.

Wonderful! My husband son and I ordered the soup special the fried calamari and bacon scallop appetizers. All were excellent. I loved the spice peppers that were served with the calamari. For our meal we split the tomahawk ribeye. We’ve been to all the steakhouses in the area and this was one of not the best. Great atmosphere and good service. It’s a little out of the way but totally worth it

The Food once again was delicious and the service was outstanding. We sat in the Bar area at a High Top, Shawn was our server who is the best! Took the time to explain the menu and also took the time with us to talk about the area as we are new here in SC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our fifty-six wedding anniversary. It was quiet. We enjoyed the food, the beautiful paintings on the wall, and the service with added complimentary champagne drinks to end our very pleasant evening.

Excellent from start to finish. Our server Crystal was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. The sea bass special was outstanding, and the filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Even the homemade bread was a step above what most places serve. We will definitely be making Bistro 90 our "special occasion" spot!

Bistro 90 is a hidden gem in the Myrtle Beach area. It is by far the best steakhouse in the region. Service and food is always top notch. Great wine list, excellent cocktails, and plenty of rare bottles of Scotch & American Whiskies.
