                                                    I’m normally much more positive about restaurants even when they don’t fully meet our expectations. However, the food was extremely expensive. A short rib was priced at $45 and I thought (without seeing it) “that ought to be enough, at $45 it should be a good ration” well, I was flat wrong, it was a great portion of mashed potatoes and a very small short rib. So, this may not be a problem unique to Bis on Main, but endemic to the restaurant scene in the Seattle area. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular for the price. Difficult seeing myself coming back.

                                                    As always, the food and the service were outstanding. It’s not cheap but it is a value if you like a nice meal, a drink and friendly attentive service.

                                                    Service was very nice but the food was not. I had their special - scallops with rice and curry sauce. The rice was completely undercooked and the sauce had no flavor. For a $59 dish, it was really disappointing. Also had the crab cake appetizer. Mushy and also a let down. Do not recommend

                                                    We love this restaurant but I find it weird that they don’t have high chairs nor diaper changing station. Also they have only $8 valet parking even though their parking lot is empty.
